With sessions running everyday except Sunday’s and classes running from the morning to the evening you will be able to find a class that fits in with your schedule.
You don’t need to book, just come along 15 minutes early to your first session, follow the link below to sign up for a two week free trial.

We have 5 trainers and instructors providing unique classes  with variety that you won’t find anywhere else in Townsville.
From Circuits, Hiit Training and Yoga to Dance Fitness, Boxing Bootcamp and Toning workouts that will leave you dripping in sweat and smiling ear to ear.

We have members of all ages, shapes and sizes at our classes. Minimum age is 18.
We pride ourselves on making sure you feel confident and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door.
Whether it’s your first class or your fifth class you will be greeted with a warm welcome into our fitness community.

 

Your First Class

•You don’t have to be fit to start! You will notice everyone is working out to their own level and you can take breaks💁
• Arrive early so you can get a feel for your surrounding and then you can meet the trainer or instructor.
• You are definitely never to old. Our members range from 18 to 65 and everything in-between.
• Intensity- Whether you want to jog on the spot, tap it out or add some sidekicks there is a level for you
• Modify- If squat jumps aren’t your thing simply change to squat. We always encourage modifying exercises that are a little too intense for you at the moment.
•Coordination- Not needed. If you are known for your two left feet 👠 that is totally fine.

Classes

HIIT is a fun, high-energy fat burning session that targets every part of your body by blending cardio, high intensity interval training and strength training. Each workout is different to keep your body guessing. We utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells and bodyweight exercises to achieve maximum results in 45 minutes. Beginners are welcome at the class and exercises can be modified to suit your needs.

KONGA is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, Konga® is for you! With fresh choreography, new technique & the latest music every month you will never hit a plateau or get bored!

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg – 2.5kg Dumbbells in each hand & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body & Core. Focusing on functional & high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. In our Boxing Bootcamp you will be taken through a series of activities that involve the use of our boxing equipment and body weight exercises. TYGA® is the world’s first Hip Hop, Dancehall, Ragga & Afro based FITNESS Workout that combines easy-to-do dance moves with fitness concepts to improve your endurance & sculpt your body. Tyga® uses the latest, greatest and best RnB, Hip Hop, Rap, Dancehall, Afro & Ragga music from around the world.

Don’t be afraid; Tyga is for women of all ages (15+) and requires no dance or fitness experience because the steps are easy to follow.

Circuit Training is a popular exercise program suitable for a range of fitness levels. Circuit Training is ideal for weight loss, improved body tone, endurance and general fitness. Classes are made up of 12 stations, is easy to follow and provides a structured approach to a full-body workout. Circuit Training consists of intense aerobic and resistance training techniques aimed at burning calories and improving muscle tone in the legs, arms and upper body.

VYPA is a, high intensity interval training choreographed workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Hip Hop, Plyometrics. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat to your favourite Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop tracks.

No bookings required just arrive at any class 10-15 minutes early to fill in paper work and you are good to go!

The Free week trial means you can try as many classes as you like over 14 days. Just fill in a registration form online or at class and you are good to go.

Yes, all classes follow a simple formula which means anyone can do the class. When attending any of the dance fitness classes we advise beginners to start with the leg work then add the arms in later. We have 4 main movements per track so participants can master the steps.

No matter what your fitness level is you can attend.
We show different intensity levels to suit your needs and you can have a rest whenever you like.

At Fitness with Zoe you will find a diverse range of women from 19 to 70 year old’s.
Minimum age is 18.
16 year old’s may attend yoga, konga, vypa and burn but must be accompanied by an adult.

Just a towel and water. If you have a yoga mat you are welcome to bring it too.

Fitness with Zoe classes are held at Unit 5, 24 Madden Street Aitkenvale

There is plenty of parking in the street and you will spot the flag out the front (next door to the barber)
