About Fitness with Zoe

Fitness with Zoe runs group fitness sessions for the women of Townsville.
Our mission is simple; create a positive, fun environment where you look forward to working out. We want to empower women to live an active, happy and healthy lifestyle. Our fitness community is filled with women of all ages who lift each other up and have each other’s back.

We believe fitness shouldn’t be boring, nor should it be repetitive. That is why we offer a vast range of classes. At each of our group fitness sessions you will try something new, workout in a fun environment and most importantly feel comfortable and confident.

Our program is designed to help our clients achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind, in safe, fun and non-intimidating setting. We want everyone to experience the benefits of working out within a highly motivated, like minded group fitness setting.
