We believe fitness shouldn’t be boring, nor should it be repetitive. That is why we offer a vast range of classes. At each of our group fitness sessions you will try something new, workout in a fun environment and most importantly feel comfortable and confident.
Our program is designed to help our clients achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind, in safe, fun and non-intimidating setting. We want everyone to experience the benefits of working out within a highly motivated, like minded group fitness setting.

Full Body HIIT
45min class is designed to burn maximum calories in a minimum amount of time. Our class combines functional and multi-directional movements utilizing free weights, conditioning equipment and body weight exercises
DANCE I BOX I SQUAT I SHAKE - KONGA® is a high intensity, low complexity workout fusing dance, boxing, cardio & toning all in one class. It really does have it all
THE DUMBBELL TONING PROGRAM - BURN!® is a one of a kind choreographed dumbbell workout. Burn! Takes 1.5-2.5kg dumbbells & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone.
Increase your strength and aerobic fitness levels with this fast-paced class. Multiple circuit stations combine resistance training with muscular endurance and cardio fitness.
BOXING BOOTCAMP - A favourite amongst Team Fitness with Zoe. Feel those arms burn as you are lead through different boxing combinations with cardio drills thrown in the mix. This session is well suited for beginner to advanced levels of fitness
